Problem Statement

Keelworks, a youth focused organization, needed a centralized platform to serve as a digital front door for young people curious about its mission, programs, and learning opportunities. Before this project, information was fragmented across documents, support emails, and offline engagements. There was no single, structured space for:

  • Learning about Keelworks as an organization

  • Accessing officially approved and curated educational content

  • Reaching out for support or personalized guidance

    This knowledge gap limited engagement, created onboarding friction, and hindered Keelworks’ ability to scale its impact efficiently.

Vison & Innovation

The vision behind Knowledge Base is to make learning about Keelworks simple, engaging, and accessible to everyone.
By combining structured content, on-demand courses, and live support, we created a space for young people to connect with the organization meaningfully.

User-Centric Design

The Knowledge Base was built with users in mind, especially young people seeking clarity, connection, and growth in any field of choice.
We designed a clean, easy to navigate platform where users can learn, ask questions, and access support without confusion.
Every page, feature, and flow was shaped by user feedback to ensure it felt simple, helpful, and welcoming.

Project Goals

  • Create a dynamic knowledge base with articles, FAQs, and guides about Keelworks

  • Provide access to organization approved and other courses

  • Enable live chat and support ticketing to interact with staff

  • Improve onboarding for users and drive self-service learning

  • Ensure mobile responsiveness and accessibility for diverse devices and users

  • Scrum Framework: sprint planning, and retrospectives

  • Kanban System: Visual task tracking on Ganttchart

  • User Story Mapping: To define MVP and prioritize features

  • Continuous Feedback Loop: Through user testing and internal QA cycles
